2) Further refinement of the quality management
After the implementation of TS16949, we can further refine the origin quality inspection, emphasize the importance of statistics, and edit the detailed quality inspection form. Furthermore, we have placed great attention to enhance the quality conscience of QCs.

3) Good implementation of Correction policy and prevention policy
The former manage way is often the after-problem-solusion. And TS16949 is the pre-problem prevention, and intergrate the corrective and preventive measures together. So it can decrease much waste and shorten the production time. Correction and prevention are the key for stable quality.

We need a skillful technology staff team and manage team, so the training of the two teams talents becomes increasingly important. And the staff will change from simple produce orientation to complicated produce orientation, they should get charge of the complicate machining operation and basic computer operation.
